We do not give "flat" rates as each job is unique. Some jobs require complete "tear-out," other jobs require retrofitting new products into existing surfaces or finishes. Often times we are required to perform multiple building/plumbing repairs which take more time. For example, on a tear-out, we may find that a bathroom floor has had a leak for years. We then may have to replace the rotten sub-floor and remove/replace plumbing.

Other times, jobs are simple such as in a new construction: No tear out is necessary, no loading of debris, and no trips to the landfills. Sometimes clients choose uncomplicated patterns, no liners*, no accents*, and select standard tiles and designs. In these cases the prices will be less.

But certain products (ie glass) with creative designs will take more installation time and effort and increase the cost of the job.
